As part of our consultation on the Forward Work Plan (FWP) in January, we received three responses from REC Parties and broad support for the plan\u2019s content throughout our engagements. As a result, we\u2019re moving forward with the priorities outlined in the FWP as consulted on, ensuring alignment with the feedback shared by our stakeholders.<\/p>\n

What is our Strategy?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our Strategy 2025-30<\/strong> sets out our vision and goals for the Retail Energy Code (REC) and RECCo over the next five years. This forward-looking document provides a roadmap to guide our initiatives and priorities, ensuring we stay ahead in the changing retail energy sector.<\/p>\n

Our mission and the REC\u2019s objectives form the foundation of our Strategy, structured around three strategic aims<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  2. Protect<\/strong>: We safeguard consumers\u2019 interests and data by providing digital services tailored to the retail energy market<\/li>\n
  3. Progress<\/strong>: We drive solutions and innovations to support an effective retail energy market for today and the future<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
