These are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Perform:<\/strong> Establish RECCo as a trusted, expert provider and enabler of code management and services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protect:<\/strong> Safeguard consumers\u2019 interests and data by delivering secure, retail-focused digital services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Progress:<\/strong> Drive solutions and innovations to support an effective retail market now and in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Six Key Programmes for 2025-26<\/h2>\n<p>This year, we will focus on the following six key programmes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>REC Services &amp; Evolution:<\/strong> Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of REC services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement:<\/strong> Supporting the transition to more accurate energy settlement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Introducing a Dedicated Energy Theft Unit:<\/strong> Strengthening efforts to combat energy theft.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Code Reform and Licence:<\/strong> Streamlining governance processes and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consumer Consent:<\/strong> Improving transparency and consumer control over their data. (<em>Subject to Ofgem decision<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smart Secure Electricity Systems:<\/strong> Supporting the development of secure, smart energy solutions. (<em>Subject to DESNZ decision<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Throughout the webinar, we asked for stakeholder feedback, and we are pleased to report that <strong>96%<\/strong> of respondents agreed or strongly agreed with our planned priorities for delivering service excellence. Our 2025-2030 Strategy is also open for consultation until this date, and you can provide feedback <a href=\"https:\/\/orsnoq1e00j.typeform.com\/to\/xwptu2xt\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Following the consultation, we will publish the final budget document in February 2025.
